GTR88 Terms & Conditions – A Complete Guide to Using the Malaysia Platform

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the GTR88 website or application (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these GTR88 Terms & Conditions.

GTR88 reserves the right to modify, amend, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the GTR88 platform following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all activities on the GTR88 platform, including but not limited to: online casino, slots games, baccarat, roulette, poker, blackjack, football Sports Betting, badminton, cricket, e-sports, live matches, and virtual sports.

02 Member Eligibility

To register and use the GTR88 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• Is an individual with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Does not reside in any jurisdiction where access to online betting platforms is prohibited or restricted by law.
• Not currently under a self-exclusion period or account restriction imposed by GTR88 or any relevant authority.
• Not registering on behalf of another person or using a false identity.

GTR88 reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in account suspension or termination and the freezing of any existing balance.

03 Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at GTR88 at any one time. Any attempt to register multiple accounts — whether using the same or different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the freezing of all balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full name as shown on a valid identification document (MyKad or passport).
• An active, reachable Malaysian phone number.
• A valid and active email address.
• Accurate date of birth for age verification.

GTR88 uses the information you provide for identity verification, payment processing, and account-related communications. This information is handled in accordance with our GTR88 Privacy Policy.

04 Deposit & Payment Methods

GTR88 accepts deposits via the following approved Malaysian payment methods. All transactions are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) only:

• GTR88 does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits.
• Deposited funds must be used for gaming activities and may not be transferred or distributed to third parties.
• GTR88 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing a withdrawal.
• Any attempt to deposit funds from illegal sources will be reported to the relevant authorities.

05 Withdrawals

GTR88 is committed to processing withdrawals within 15 minutes for Malaysia eWallets and between 15 minutes to 1 hour for bank transfers via DuitNow or FPX. Withdrawals are processed daily, including weekends and public holidays.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is RM100,000 per account.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in cases approved by GTR88 management.
• Accounts that have not completed full KYC verification may be subject to lower withdrawal limits.
• GTR88 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for up to 5 business days for security review purposes if necessary.
• Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until that requirement is fulfilled.

06 GTR88 Bonuses & Promotions

GTR88 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and eligibility conditions specific to each promotion.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new GTR88 members after their first qualifying deposit. Bonus amounts and percentages are subject to current promotions and may change.
• Wagering Requirement: All bonuses must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant promotion terms before any withdrawal is permitted. Standard wagering requirements range from 5x to 35x depending on the bonus type.
• Validity Period: Bonuses have individual validity periods as specified. Any unused bonuses or unmet wagering requirements within the validity period will expire automatically.
• Cashback Bonus: Calculated based on net losses within the specified period. Cashback amounts are credited directly to the account with no additional wagering requirements unless otherwise stated.
• One Active Bonus at a Time: GTR88 does not allow more than one bonus to be used at the same time unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonus Abuse Prohibition: Any attempt to abuse the GTR88 bonus system — including the use of multiple accounts or betting strategies designed solely to meet bonus requirements — may result in bonus cancellation and account termination.

07 Casino Game Rules

All casino games at GTR88 — including slots, baccarat, roulette, blackjack, dragon tiger, and poker — use Random Number Generator (RNG) software certified by independent testing bodies to ensure fair and random game outcomes.

• All game outcomes are final and non-disputable, except in cases of technical errors acknowledged by GTR88.
• In the event of a technical disruption or disconnection during gameplay, GTR88 will settle any pending bets based on the server records on file.
• GTR88 reserves the right to void any game round or bet that takes place during a serious technical disruption.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits vary by game type and are subject to change without prior notice.

08 Sports Betting & E-Sports

The GTR88 Sports Betting section covers football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, and other international leagues), badminton, cricket, tennis, e-sports (MLBB, Dota 2, CS2, Valorant, PUBG Mobile), live in-play matches, and virtual sports. The following terms apply:

• Accepted Bets: All bets are considered final once confirmation is received by the GTR88 system. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet.
• Match Cancelled: If a match is cancelled before it begins or before a minimum of 45 minutes has been played (for football), all bets will be voided and stakes fully refunded.
• Incorrect Odds: GTR88 reserves the right to void or adjust any bets accepted at clearly incorrect odds resulting from a system error.
• In-Play Betting: For in-play match betting, GTR88 reserves the right to temporarily suspend markets during critical events (goals, red cards, etc.) in order to update the odds. Bets confirmed prior to the suspension remain valid.
• E-Sports: For e-sports matches, if one or more games within a series are not completed due to technical or organisational reasons, GTR88 will follow the official ruling of the tournament organiser.

09 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your GTR88 account login credentials secure, including your username and password. GTR88 will never ask for your password through any communication channel.

• Please use a strong, unique password — at least 8 characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Do not share your GTR88 account information with anyone, including family members.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account settings for an added layer of security.
• Notify GTR88 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• GTR88 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where such use results from your own negligence.

10 Responsible Gaming

11 Account Termination & Suspension

GTR88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any member's account at any time, with or without notice, if GTR88 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The member has breached any of the terms set out in this document.
• The member provided false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• The member has engaged in fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity through the GTR88 platform.
• Members under 18 years of age.
• The account has been used collusively or in an unfair manner to gain an unauthorised advantage.
• The member has requested self-exclusion through a recognised channel.

In cases where an account is terminated due to a breach of terms, GTR88 reserves the right to forfeit all remaining balances without compensation. For terminations requested by the member themselves with no violations involved, any remaining balance will be returned once the required KYC verification is completed.

12 Amendments to Terms & Governing Law

GTR88 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this page. GTR88 will endeavour to notify members of significant changes via email or in-platform notifications, though this does not constitute an absolute obligation.

It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the GTR88 platform after any amendments are published will be considered your acceptance of the revised terms.

This document and all activities on the GTR88 platform are governed by applicable laws. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through GTR88's customer support channels will be referred to a dispute resolution body recognised by GTR88's licensing regulator.
